A Post-Mother's Day Letter to My Mom feat. Coty Love2Love Fragrances

Although I'm well aware that Mother's Day is long gone, I unfortunately wasn't able to spend much of it with my mother due to my crazy schedule (did I mention I got another job?). However, since the semester is finally over, I get to spend some time with her this weekend. I wanted to get her a little gift  and write her a nice letter, because who says Mother's Day is the only day we should pamper our moms, ya know? :)

I had lots of different gift ideas, but as I was visiting Walmart and I spotted a scent that perfectly exemplified my mother. I had never before heard of Love 2 Love fragrances, but the Fresh Rose + Peach scent reminded me so much of my mother. You know how scents are strongly linked to memory? Well, the fresh and floral scent of this fragrance instantly sent me back to childhood days of playing dress up with my mom and spraying all of her perfume so I could smell like her. This inspired me to write my mom a letter to go along with my gift! 

My mom is one of the most selfless people I know, and also one of the most comforting. I think the reason I relate the Fresh Rose + Peach scent to my Mom is due to the fact that she always wore rose perfume, and that smell comforted me often as a child. She always knew the right thing to say to cheer me up, and I am entirely grateful she shaped me into the person I am now.
