Apartment Wishlist: Kitchen

Guys, I'm moving into a new apartment in less than 2 weeks! I don't know why I never mentioned it on the blog before now, but I'm so excited! Not that I don't mind living with my parents (free rent, woo!), but commuting to school was such a pain. So now I'll be moving back to my college town and living with some friends from the marching band! The thing I'm most excited about (other than decorating, haha) is being able to be just a walk away from school, friends, and everything else, really!

Anyway, onto the topic of this post! One of the things I'm most excited about is being able to furnish and decorate this apartment from scratch. And the first thing that I started shopping for was the kitchen, which is weird because I absolutely hate cooking, haha! Maybe having a cute little kitchen will make me want to learn? Who knows...

I'd say my home decor 'style' is kind of all over the place; I like kitschy, interesting, mis-matched things. Basically, I just want our kitchen to be cute, cozy, and functional! Since I don't have a lot of expendable income (broke college kid right here), I'll definitely be scouring thrift stores for a lot of my kitchen-ware, so I will definitely be getting that 'mis-matched' look!
