Well, it really just seems like winter is never going to end. Clearly I'm exercising some wishful thinking here by wearing shorts, but honestly I love the look of some hi-waisted shorts and tights during the winter. It definitely breaks up the monotony of regular winter clothes. I always get in a bit of a style rut during the winter, probably just because I love going bear-legged. But this is second-best, I guess!
