Yay, finally getting back in the swing of taking photos! I'm still kind of trying to figure out where I am going to start taking my outfit photos. The only thing I'm really missing about living at home (other than my kitty!) is having a nice, secluded outdoor area where I can take photos and such. Now, living in a huge apartment complex on a college campus, there isn't really a whole lot of places that I can go where there won't be people all over the place wondering what the hell I'm doing. So for now, you'll be seeing lots of me in my bedroom, haha!
That being said, I am still not very close to being done decorating. I have so many things I want to do, but I don't have the time and money to do most of it, unfortunately. Mostly, I'm on the hunt for some awesome tapestries and string lights! Once I have everything finished up, I'll definitely do a little room tour :)
I hope you all had a lovely holiday weekend! I need to finish a paper before midnight tonight, so I need to get on that, eeek!
You look so lovely! I also live in a big complex, so I understand the woes of trying to take pictures! I'd want to take them outside, but then I'd just feel silly! I can't wait to see a room tour!

DeletePeople do tend to stare quite a bit huh, but it'll be worth all the awkward stares once you have the pictures posted :P That's a beautiful dress.

ReplyDeleteI love stripes, and I love that bold yellow bag with your dress! I had a similar problem for taking outfit photos. I live in a house, but my neighbors are too close and nosy, so my husband bought me a backdrop thing and that's what I use now. I'd rather have outdoor scenery, but oh well.

ReplyDeleteFun outfit! I totally get the whole being in a place where there are too many people for pictures. I feel like everywhere that I want to do pictures of anything it's that way. When I was living in Mexico I modeled a dress for a fashion-design-major-friend in the city center. The stares we got were nothing short of embarrassing. But it was exhilarating!
